Angie brings a wealth of experience both in front of and behind the camera as a model, actor, television host and producer.
In 2014, Angie Shilliday won the title of Mrs. Canada. In 2016, she was selected as the Ambassador for Fashion Calgary, showcasing Calgary’s focus on Arts, Fashion and Culture. Angie is a Local and Global Ambassador for Habitat for Humanity; one of her greatest passions for over 10 years. She enjoys experiencing new cultures and countries and loves to put her handy “jack-of-all trades” craftsmanship to use.
Volunteering at Recovery-Acres Men’s Treatment Center, Angie and her friend Mrs. Calgary 2013 TJ Anderson, seized an opportunity to renovate a 4-plex into a safe space for a Women’s Addiction Treatment Center. With hopes of creating awareness they created and co-hosted a CTV Television series called “Crowns of Construction” and raised $300,000 in donations for the project.
